A Thunder Bay university professor has been recognized as one of the top lecturers in the province. Dr. Syed Serajul Islam was nominated in TVO's 2008 Best Lecturer Competition and has been shortlisted as one of the 38 semi finalists out of a field of almost 300 nominees.
