How to Circumvent State Bonding Regulations (from The Periodic Table, Too)
Or, Flim Flam Revealed Mr. Michael W. McNabb has called this situation to my attention. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota (B.A., 1971, J.D., 1974) and a lifetime member of the University of Minnesota Alumni Association. I have posted some material on the Periodic Table quoting him directly on the matter. I thank him for the information and permission to attribute it.
